Comportamiento alimentario y perfil de consumo de los sonorenses: el caso de las comidas internacionales

in recent years, sonora's population has experienced changes in eating habits as new types of food, such as so-called international food, have been gradually introduced into the local diet. the intensity with which these foods have burst into modern daily life has motivated a significant number of consumers to include them in their diet. this paper presents a detailed analysis of the attitudes, habits and preferences that consumers in sonora express regarding international food. after descriptive, multivariate analysis and associations between variables, a consumer profile is identified, which allows extraction of relevant information for evaluating likelihood of consumption.
