Abstract: El trabajo presente aborda, desde un punto de vista multidisciplinario, la obra literaria de la escritora brasilera Clarice Lispector, titulada Un soplo de vida, pulsaciones . Su propósito consiste en poner a dialogar la literatura y el psicoanálisis, sin suponer la primacía de una práctica discursiva sobre otra. La lectura en cuestión está guiada por la hipótesis de que es posible desprender del texto cierta concepción de sujeto, que emerge como resultado del atravesamiento del lenguaje conceptualizado por Jacques Lacan, vinculada estrechamente con la determinación significante. Al situarse más allá de las investigaciones psicobiográficas clásicas, se entreabre una vía productiva para la discusión transversal, convocando un repertorio conceptual heterogéneo y plural. The present paper approaches, from a multidisciplinary perspective, to the literary ceuvre of the Brazilian writer Clarice Lispector, entitled Un soplo de vida, pulsaciones. Its purpose is to establish a dialogue between literature and psychoanalysis, without assuming the primacy of one discursive practice over another. The reading in question is guided by the assumption that the text can it is possible to detach certain conception of subject, closely linked to the significant determination, which emerges as a result of the traversing by language conceptualized by Jacques Lacan. Placing itself beyond the classical psychobiographical research, it opens a productive avenue for the transversal discussion, convening a diverse and plural conceptual repertoire.

Abstract: Basado en el interés de dos grandes pensadores de comienzos del siglo XX, Albert Einstein y Sigmund Freud, el presente artículo retoma la pregunta fundamental por la ética en la ciencia, diferenciándola de la ética de “la ciencia” como entidad autónoma, para finalmente hacer un llamado al sujeto y su responsabilidad en el hacer científico. // Taking up again the interest of two great thinkers of the beginning of the 20th century, Albert Einstein and Sigmund Freud, this article returns to the fundamental question of ethics in science, as distinct from the ethics of "science" as an autonomous entity to, finally, draw attention to the subject and his responsibility in scientific work.

Abstract: Law constitutes a normative system with self-validation rules, and tries to be objective and timeless. Psychoanalysis, on the other hand, is interested in the subject. The legal ought-to-be of the rule of law intersects with the subject, and the subject, at the same time, intersects with the law. The present article is an attempt to articulate both disciplines, given that Law mediates between the symbolic law of the family novel and the social rule that intends to regulate or distribute the joy; however, as a symptom, Law also performs its own faults. // El Derecho constituye un sistema normativo con reglas de autovalidación, se pretende objetivo y atemporal. El psicoanálisis, por su parte, se interesa en el sujeto. El deber ser jurídico de la norma legal está atravesado por el sujeto, y el sujeto, a su vez, por la ley. En el presente artículo nos interesa articular ambas disciplinas, por cuanto el derecho constituye una mediación entre la ley simbólica del relato familiar y la regla social que intenta regular o distribuir el goce; no obstante, como síntoma, el Derecho también actúa sus propias falencias.
El sujeto y el lazo social en el psicoanálisis // Subject and social fabric in psychoanalysis

Abstract: La psicología hace equivalentes las nociones de sujeto, persona, individuo y yo, y define su naturaleza en función de su condición gregaria; no existen diferencias formales y se usan indiscriminadamente estos términos. En el psicoanálisis hay una clara diferencia entre el yo y el sujeto, que corresponde a la definición freudiana de la descomposición de la personalidad psíquica, e interroga la concepción psicológica de unidad representativa de la personalidad. En el psicoanálisis el lazo social se define en términos de discurso y no diferencia entre sujeto individual y sujeto social, en tanto el discurso es el regulador del goce en todo lazo social donde está inscrito el sujeto. // Psychology becomes equivalent the notion of subject, person, individual, and the ego; and it defines its nature according to his/her gregarious condition: there are not any formal difference and its terms are used indiscriminately. There is a clear difference between the ego and the subject in psychoanalysis, this difference belongs to Freudian's definition of the decomposition of the psychical personality; it also questions the psychological notion of personality representative unit. Social fabric in psychoanalysis is defined on discursive terms and it does not make difference between individual subject and social subject, meanwhile the speech regulates the enjoyment in every social fabric where subject is registered.

Abstract: An epistemological mistake is at the basis of: (1) the presupposition according to which the advance of the neurosciences will manage to make superfluous the explanations of psychoanalysis, (2) the idea that the latter will eventually be reduced to neurosciences’ explanations, (3) the thesis that neurosciences will demonstrate psychoanalysis. This mistake has important ethical consequences because it misunderstands that psychoanalysis deals with the subject of the unconscious. Suponer que el avance de las neurociencias puede llegar a inhabilitar las explicaciones psicoanalíticas; pensar que las explicaciones psicoanalíticas son potencialmente reductibles a explicaciones fisioneuronales y/o pensar que las neurociencias pueden demostrar el psicoanálisis, es un error epistemológico que expresa una incomprensión de aquello en que consiste la apuesta psicoanalítica por el sujeto del inconsciente: un error que trae consigo importantes consecuencias éticas.

Abstract: initiating from a crucial concept of recognition (german: anerkennung) formulated 200 years ago by hegel, the author explores the complexity of the concept of subject, initiated by the references of freud and heidegger; structuralism; poststructuralisms; and new, more complex perspectives such as the one presented by peter sloterdijk. based on an intense exploration of the topic (psychoanalysis, journals, references from various points of view), the author ties the reflection on the subject with the figure of telemaco as an archetype of the promise of reconciling the village with the world, patriarchal with matriarchal myths beyond the empires, and the personal and collective efforts in pursuit of "homing" as a room with a sense of justice in the world house.
