Abstract: Spontaneous reports of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) form an essential component of both drug safety monitoring and patient safety initiatives. Pharmacists are well positioned to report ADRs, but many barriers exist to their doing so. Abstract: depuis la publication du rapport "to err is human" par l'institut de médecine américain, la sécurité des patients est devenu un sujet incontournable des politiques publiques en santé: entre 44 000 et 98 000 personnes décèdent tous les ans aux etats-unis suite à des événements indésirables. en plus de mettre en évidence la nécessité de placer la sécurité des patients comme une priorité des autorités médicales, ce rapport centre ses recommandations sur le changement de culture à l'h？pital. c'est ainsi que le terme "culture de sécurité", utilisé dans le nucléaire depuis 30 ans, fait son apparition en milieu médical à partir des années 2000. l'objectif de cet article est de proposer une revue de littérature sur la culture de sécurité dans le domaine de la sécurité des patients. la recherche bibliographique a été réalisée sur la base de données sciencedirect. au total, 74 références ont été sélectionnées dont 48 ont été retenues pour la rédaction de cet article. l'analyse du matériel retenu a guidé la rédaction de cet article par thématique, à savoir: l'historique de la notion de culture de sécurité et ses approches classiques; et l'apparition de la notion de culture de sécurité en milieu médical, les méthodes d'évaluation existants et les moyens de son développement durable.

Abstract: study about the experience of eight years of the implantation of the program "factory of cares - a space to create models and technologies in health". guiding questions: how long does it take to create secure/maintainable relationships among professors and community? what problems/difficulties are experienced in the daily management of a communitarian project? objectives: the identifying the facilities/difficulties detached at the relationship among the managers of the program, characterizing them; arguing the implications of these facilities/difficulties for the management. the results have pointed to the necessity of: a) know and trust on the other, b) time and availability, c) control of the process. we need of 10 years to strengthen a reliable bond to work together. this has demanded yielding and advancing into desires and of each one's necessities on the collectives issues as well as on the individual ones, but it has propitiated to learn how to search together other ways and "escapes" to solve this community problems.

Abstract: the current research aimed to analyze the conditions of the schools sports practices (sps) in the elementary schools in the city of santos - sp, from the perspective of the manager, in relation to: a) percentage of attendance in the public sphere; b) description of the material and fi nancial resources; c) characterization of the human resources; d) characteristics of the human resources; d) characteristics of the program developed. to achieve this purpose, some questionnaires were fi lled in by managers of the private schools (n = 12), municipals (n = 35) and state schools (n = 12). it was verifi ed that few children and teenagers attended the programs in the public sphere. the installations in the private and city schools are better than the ones from the net of the state schools; it is stressed that the municipalities uses the spaces assigned by the municipal secretariat of sport and by the community. in accordance with the managers, the sps teacher/coach does not teach physical education of school in the same school. the managers of municipal and private schools reported that the sps are not related to the pedagogical political project (ppp) of the school, what indicates incredulity of the managers in relation to the educational sps feasibility. in the public sphere, it is possible to think about strategies for the democratization of these practices, with intersector programs - that articulate different secretariats and the participation of the community, in a way that the budgets may be optimized and the ppp valued within the context in which they are included. it is expected that this knowledge subsidies future discussions about initiation sports programs within the school sphere.

Abstract: advances in health care management practices implicate a reflection on new approaches in knowledge construction for the understanding of the human being as a being of care, in the perspective of complex care accomplished by interconnected and potentialized health teams for the best practices in the existing care systems. this article proposes a reflection on the health care management practices, starting from this way of thinking and seeing the being of care as cognoscente, complex, political, a health care worker, an actor, and a builder of relationships, interactions, and associations in the exercise of care for healthier living, health care promotion, and the valorization of life. addressing presuppositions constitutes a reference for health care management practices in the perspective of complex care.

Abstract: the present study integrates an evaluative analysis of the expansion and consolidation program of family health and consists of a study of qualitative approach, developed in one large municipal in brazil. in this article we attempt to present a description of the process of qualitative evaluation of the integrality regarding the management of health care in a municipal district. we used semi-structured interviews with 10 representatives of the municipal administration, structured interviews with the representative of municipal council of health, and a solemnity-applied questionnaire to the municipal secretary of health as instruments. we verified that the program amplified access, liberating a repressed demand. however, this implies an increase of expenses and of the challenge of enlarging the communication and resolvability of the services.

Abstract: in the daily exercise of their functions, health professionals face a duality of systems, that is, the professional system and the organizational system, each of which has its own distinct values, principles and expectations. the authors aim to present organizational and professional commitment concepts and their relations in the context of the health sector. they consider that organizational and professional commitment are not incompatible, but can be reconciled in the organizational dynamics, and alert about the development of affective commitment in workers, due to the positive consequences for the organization and the profession.
