Abstract: 通过整合高校学术资源与企业实践资源，“校企双师”协同培养有利于强化土木类专业学位研究生的工程实践创新能力，助力企业提升行业竞争力与高校优化人才培养质量，实现资源共享、优势互补、合作共赢。然而，当前合作面临校企资源协同低效、人才培养与工程实践脱节、校企双师协同机制弱化、评价体系不健全等挑战。针对土木类专业学位研究生实践创新能力特点，基于产教融合双元主体协同理论，进行“校企双师”协同培养范式设计、实施路径优化、GROW模型指导方法创新、质量评价指标体系完善的全过程策略体系，为专业学位研究生培养质量提升提供借鉴。
By integrating academic resources from universities and practical resources from enterprises, the collaborative “University-Enterprise Dual Supervisor” model enhances the practical and innovative abilities of civil engineering professional degree postgraduates. This approach helps enterprises improve their industry competitiveness and supports universities in optimizing talent cultivation quality, achieving resource sharing, complementary advantages, and mutual benefits. However, the current collaboration faces challenges such as inefficient coordination of university-enterprise resources, disconnection between talent cultivation and engineering practice, weakened collaboration mechanisms between dual supervisors, and an underdeveloped evaluation system. Addressing the characteristics of practical and innovative abilities in civil engineering professional degree postgraduates, and based on the theory of industry-education integration and dual-subject collaboration, this study proposes a comprehensive strategy system. This system includes the design of a collaborative cultivation paradigm, optimization of implementation pathways, innovation in guidance methods using the GROW model, and improvement of the quality evaluation index system. The findings provide insights for enhancing the quality of professional degree postgraduate cultivation.

After the separation of their universities, the financial support and policy support obtained in teaching, scientific research and school running funds will be greatly reduced. Abstract: “校企双师”协同培养有利于强化土木类研究生工程实践创新能力培养，助力企业提升行业竞争力与高校优化人才培养质量。然而，当前面临人才培养与工程实践脱节、评价体系不健全等挑战。针对土木类研究生实践创新能力特点，进行了科研项目驱动的“校企双师”协同培养模式设计，并构建了双轨实施路径协同、GROW模型指导方法创新、培养质量评价的全过程实施体系，促进校企合作目标、合作模式、合作效益的深度融合，也为其他专业研究生培养质量提升提供借鉴。
“University-Enterprise Dual Supervisor” collaborative training is conducive to strengthening the cultivation of practical innovation ability of civil engineering graduate students, helping enterprises to enhance industry competitiveness and universities to optimize the quality of talent training. However, it currently faces challenges such as the disconnect between talent training and engineering practice and the imperfect evaluation system. In view of the characteristics of practical innovation ability of civil engineering graduate students, a scientific research project-driven “University-Enterprise Dual Supervisor” collaborative training model was designed, and a full-process implementation system of dual-track implementation path collaboration, GROW model guidance method innovation, and training quality evaluation was constructed to promote the deep integration of school-enterprise cooperation goals, cooperation models, and cooperation benefits, and also provide reference for improving the quality of graduate cultivation in other majors.

Abstract: Universities play an important role in personnel training, in the context of “transformation”, the practical teaching ability of university teachers in the new era needs to be improved to cultivate qualified compound applied talents, university-enterprise collaboration is an effective way. This paper summarizes the measures and achievements on this topic, and analyzes the problems encountered in the process. Through in-depth field investigation and communication with enterprises, an innovative mode of deep university-enterprise collaboration is proposed to effectively improve teachers’ practical teaching ability. It is intended to provide reference for other universities with similar situation.

Abstract:


Under the background of University-Enterprise Cooperation innovation (UEC), this paper explores the relationship between the network structure of UEC and its cooperative innovation performance. In the negative binomial model, the explained variable is the number of UEC patent applications, and explanatory variables are clustering coefficient, structural holes and centralities. The result shows that eigenvector centrality has an inverted U-shaped relationship with UEC performance especially.

Abstract: the cooperation between university and enterprise seems to be a promising approach to technology transfer and innovation generation. the main purpose of this paper was to evaluate the influence of this cooperation on the innovative process of small businesses focusing on the antecedents of speed of innovation. an exploratory research was carried out through a case study in a small software company. the results of the analysis of four categories - goals and deadlines, project execution, people, and apropriability and protection -revealed that the greatest barriers to university-enterprise cooperation are the same factors that had the greatest negative impact on the antecedents of speed of innovation. however, once cooperation has been established, the divergences between the two institutions are minimized due to the strengthening of their relationship, which contributes to speed up the execution of a new technology development project.

Abstract: this paper aims to examine how a brazilian multinational manages cooperation with external sources of technology, such as universities and research institutes. to achieve this, qualitative research of a descriptive nature was performed and the case study method was used. empresa brasileira de compressores [embraco] was studied in depth. the survey results showed that embraco manages cooperation with external sources of technology following a formal pattern of management, integrated by eleven administrative practices that are linearly processed. these management practices are basically carried out sequentially in three stages: the pre-development of cooperation stage, which is the project definition, the partner selection and the activity planning; the cooperation development stage, in which contracts are signed, the infrastructure is organized and activities are implemented and monitored; and the cooperation post-development stage in which the activities are evaluated, knowledge is transferred and intellectual property is guaranteed. only monitoring and evaluation practices tend to occur more dynamically through the cooperation process.
