我国各省份对外开放与经济增长关系的 门槛效应研究

Abstract: 本文应用门槛效应模型,使用1996至2014年的我国省际面板数据对初始经济状况影响对外开放与经济发展的程度进行实证分析,研究表明以人均GDP这一因素衡量的初始经济状况在对外开放促进经济发展中存在门槛效应,而且随着初始经济水平的提高,对外开放对经济发展的正向促进作用更明显。结合目前我国区域发展存在较大差异的现实,一些地区金融市场尚未充分发育,引入外资、加强贸易的对外开放固然重要,但不应仅将目光集中在此,而应与当地经济的整体发展相配套,按部就班稳步进行。

Abstract: 互联网信息技术的快速发展使得智能化信息体系与社会经济、文化和教育等有机融合，形成了“互联网+”的时代大背景，也给高校开展课程思政建设带来了重要的机遇与挑战。基于“互联网+”大背景，本文对国际经济与贸易专业的人才培养与课程思政建设进行了探索研究，提出了加强专业课程思政建设的顶层设计、开展针对主流互联网教学软件的运用培训以及优化课程思政综合考核与评价机制等提升措施，为新发展格局下的我国外贸企业培养更多高素质、综合性的国际贸易人才。
The rapid development of Internet information technology makes the intelligent information system organically integrated with social economy, culture and education, forming the era background of “Internet+” and also brings important opportunities and challenges to the ideological and political construction of courses in Universities. Based on the background of “Internet+”, this paper explores and studies the talent training and course ideological and political construction of international economy and trade major, then puts forward some improvement measures, such as strengthening the top-level design of professional course ideological and political construction, carrying out training on the use of mainstream internet teaching software and optimizing the comprehensive assessment and evaluation mechanism of course ideological and political, so as to cultivate more high-quality and comprehensive international trade talents.

Abstract: 在我国着力构建新发展格局的背景下，市场对国际经济与贸易人才的需求增加；以及近年来，我国创新创业教育工作的持续开展，对高校人才提出了更高的要求。本文在分析当前国际经济与贸易专业人才培养存在问题的基础上，探索构建“产研教赛”深度融合的人才培养体系，以期为高校培养具有创新精神、实践能力和国际视野的专业人才目标提供参考。
In the context of China’s efforts to build a new development pattern, the market demand for international economy and trade personnel increased; and in recent years, the continuous development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China has put forward higher requirements for college talents. Based on the analysis of the current problems in the training of international economy and trade professionals, this paper explores the construction of a talent training system with deep integration of “industry research and teaching competition”, in order to provide a reference for colleges and universities to cultivate professional talents with an innovative spirit, practical ability and international vision.

Abstract: 随着全球经济的深度融合和新文科理念的兴起，国际经济与贸易专业人才培养面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。本文在剖析新文科背景下应用型国际经济与贸易专业人才培养现实需求以及当前人才培养模式存在问题的基础上，从准确定位人才培养目标、合理设置课程体系、深化教学改革、建立健全合作机制、强化师资队伍建设等方面为应用型本科高校国贸人才培养模式提出了改革优化建议。
With the deep integration of the global economy and the emergence of the new liberal arts concept, the cultivation of talents in international economics and trade is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Based on an analysis of the practical demands for cultivating talents in applied international economics and trade majors under the background of new liberal arts, as well as the existing issues in the current talent cultivation mode, this paper proposes reform and optimization suggestions for the talent cultivation mode of international trade in applied undergraduate colleges from aspects such as accurately positioning talent cultivation objectives, reasonably establishing a curriculum system, deepening teaching reforms, establishing and improving cooperation mechanisms, and strengthening the construction of the teaching staff.

Abstract: ？<正>在联合国国际经济和社会事务部人口司的协助下,我国教育部委托中国人民大学人口理论研究所筹办的国际人口学家北京圆桌会议,于1980年10月20日至24日在北京召开。这是在中国召开的第一次国际性人口学术会议。出席这次会议的有联合国有关机构的官员,非洲、亚洲和太平洋、拉丁美洲和加勒比海、西亚和北非、美洲北部、欧洲等世界六个地区的外国人口学者,中国十八所高等院校、中国社会科学院和四个省、市社会科学研究单位的人口学者等共四十余人。
