Abstract:

This article presents the results of a faunistic study of the family Erebidae (Lepidoptera, Noctuoidea) in Western and Southwestern Uzbekistan. The research identified 83 species and 3 subspecies of erebids belonging to 3 subfamilies and 19 genera. Among the erebids, representatives of the subfamily Erebinae comprised 83.14%. In terms of species richness, the dominant genera are Catocala, Drasteria, Autophila, Anumeta, and Clytie. The least widespread genera include Heteropalpia, Pandesma, Acantholipes, and Catephia.
