“同一健康”实践的资本逻辑桎梏与超越路径——基于马克思主义矛盾分析方法的考察
Shackles of Capital Logic in “One Health” Practice and Pathways to Transcendence—An Investigation Based on the Marxist Method of Contradiction Analysis

在“健康中国2030”战略驱动下，“同一健康”理念以人类健康、动物健康和生态环境健康的协同统一为核心，致力于构建覆盖多元健康主体、兼顾生态平衡的系统性健康生态体系。随着各种技术的高速发展，以及学科交叉融合的大趋势，“同一健康”理念贯穿在跨学科、跨部门的协同治理中。然而，当前其面临着资本逻辑的结构性侵蚀，主要表现在生态剥削、人才异化与全球治理失灵方面。本文以“马克思主义矛盾分析方法”为切入点，在系统回顾主流理论对“同一健康”实践障碍解释的基础上，解析资本逻辑如何激化使用价值与交换价值、健康公共性与私有化之间的矛盾，并构建包含长期愿景与中短期政策建议的超越路径，为构建以“人民健康为中心”的协同治理路径提供科学支撑，助力健康公平与生态和谐目标的协同实现。
Driven by the “Healthy China 2030” strategy, the “One Health” concept centers on the synergistic integration of human health, animal health, and ecological environment health, aiming to build a systemic health ecosystem that covers diverse health subjects and balances ecological equilibrium. With the rapid advancement of various technologies and the growing trend of interdisciplinary integration, the “One Health” concept is being embedded in cross-disciplinary and cross-sectoral collaborative governance. However, it currently faces structural erosion by the logic of capital, mainly manifested in ecological exploitation, talent alienation, and failures in global governance. Using the “Marxist contradiction analysis method” as an entry point, this paper builds on a systematic review of mainstream theories explaining the practical obstacles to “One Health” implementation, analyzes how the logic of capital intensifies the contradictions between use value and exchange value as well as between the public nature of health and its privatization. Furthermore, it proposes a transcending pathway that includes long-term vision and medium- to short-term policy recommendations, providing scientific support for constructing a coordinated governance pathway centered on “people’s health,” and contributing to the synergistic achievement of health equity and ecological harmony.
