洞口县仔猪饲喂复合益生菌制剂效果试验研究

Abstract:
目的:研究益生菌复合制剂在断奶仔猪腹泻中的预防应用效果。方法:选择96头20~25日龄的杜 × 长 × 大断奶仔猪,随机分成2组,分别是对照组和试验组,每组48头,2组饲喂基础日粮一致,试验组在饮水中添加复合益生菌制剂,为期40 d的试验。结果:试验组日增重226 g,较对照组日增重199 g,高13.57%,差异显著(P < 0.05);试验组死亡率2.08%,较对照组死亡率4.17%,降低50.12%,差异显著(P < 0.05);试验组腹泻率4.26%,较对照组腹泻率17.25%,降低75.30%,差异显著(P < 0.05);试验组料肉比1.68:1,较对照组料肉比1.72:1,降低2.33% (则节约饲料2.33%),差异不显著(P > 0.05)。结论:复合益生菌制剂的饲喂可有效预防仔猪腹泻的发生,提高仔猪的生长性能和生长速度。并将本试验与前人饲喂复合益生菌制剂试验进行了对比,供同行参考。
Objective: To study the preventive effect of probiotic compound preparation on diarrhea in weaned piglets. Method: 96 Du × L × D weaned piglets aged 20~25 days were randomly divided into two groups: a control group and an experimental group, with 48 piglets in each group. The two groups were fed with the same basic diet, while the experimental group was given a combination of probiotics in their drinking water for 40 days. Result: The daily weight gain of the experimental group was 226 g, which was 13.57% higher than the control group’s daily weight gain of 199 g, with a significant difference (P < 0.05); the mortality rate of the experimental group was 2.08%, which was significantly lower than the control group’s mortality rate of 4.17% by 50.12% (P < 0.05); the diarrhea rate in the experimental group was 4.26%, which was 75.30% lower than the control group’s diarrhea rate of 17.25%, with a significant difference (P < 0.05); the feed to meat ratio of the experimental group was 1.68:1, which was 2.33% lower than the control group’s ratio of 1.72:1 (resulting in a 2.33% reduction in feed consumption), but the difference was not significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Feeding with composite probiotic preparations can effectively prevent the occurrence of piglet diarrhea and improve piglet growth performance and growth rate. The present experiment was also compared with previous experiments on feeding compound probiotic preparations for reference by peers.
