Abstract:

目的:分析快速血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪在食蟹猴临床血糖检测中的差异性和应用价值。方法:本次实验研究的对象是昆明科灵生物有限公司2015年~2022年间240例同时接受过快速血糖仪和全自动生化分析仪检测血糖的食蟹猴。根据全自动生化分析仪空腹血糖检测结果分为4组,所有动物均用全自动生化分析仪和快速血糖仪这两种方法实施血糖检测,对比分析全自动生化分析仪和快速血糖仪所检测的结果差异性和所需的时间。结果:在检测结果的比较上,快速血糖仪的检测结果均值比全自动生化分析仪低,当血糖低于11.1 mmol/L时,快速血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪检测数据存在统计学差异(P > 0.05);在血糖检测所需时间的比较上,快速血糖仪明显短于全自动生化分析仪,统计学差异显著(P < 0.05)。结论:快速血糖仪的检测结果具有较大的临床参考价值,不仅可以作为糖尿病食蟹猴日常血糖监测的工具,也可以为动物急救提供快速治疗依据,但不能作为疾病诊断的标准,临床诊疗可将两种检测方法结合,从而提升疾病诊断的准确性。
Objective: To analyze the difference and application value of rapid blood glucose meter and automatic biochemical analyzer in clinical blood glucose detection of cynomolgus monkeys. Methods: The subjects of this experimental study were 240 cases monkeys from Kunming Biomed International from 2015 to 2023 who underwent blood glucose detection by rapid glucose meter and automatic biochemical analyzer at the same time. The animals were divided into four groups according to the results of fasting blood glucose detection by automatic biochemical analyzer. All animals were tested by automatic biochemical analyzer and rapid blood glucose meter. The differences of results and the required time between automatic biochemical analyzer and rapid blood glucose meter were compared and analyzed. Results: In the comparison of test results, the mean value of rapid blood glucose meter is lower than that of automatic biochemical analyzer. When blood glucose is lower than 11.1 mmol/L, there were statistical differences in the detection data between rapid glucose meter and automatic biochemical analyzer (P > 0.05). In the comparison of the time required for blood glucose detection, the rapid blood glucose meter was significantly shorter than the full automatic biochemical analyzer, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The detection results of rapid glucose meter have great clinical reference value, which can not only be used as a daily blood glucose monitoring tool for diabetic cynomolgus monkeys, but also provide rapid treatment basis for animal first aid. However, it cannot be used as a standard for disease diagnosis. Clinical diagnosis and treatment can combine the two detection methods to improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis.
