社会冲突视阈下“维稳”治理模式的限度分析
Analysis of the limits of the governance mode of “maintenance stability” under the vision of social conflict

摘 要： 冲突是不可避免的社会现实，冲突和秩序构成社会存在的两种基本形态。实现从冲突到秩序的转化是国家最基本也是最重要的功能，任何国家都有“维稳”的天职。外压式“维稳”治理模式是中国现代化转型期“稳定压倒一切”思想理念下的时代产物，它在维系中国社会稳定的同时，其限度也显而易见。寻求社会稳定治理模式的转变，达成内生秩序，成为国家长治久安，实现可持续性社会稳定的根本出路。
Abstract: The conflict is an inevitable social reality. The conflict and order are two basic forms of social existence. The transformation from conflict to order is the most basic and important function of the country. Any country shoulders the duty of maintaining stability. The governance mode of social stability under external pressure is the product of special era with the concept that “stability trumps everything” during the transformation course of Chinese modernization. Its limits are also obvious at the same time of maintaining Chinese social stability. To seek the transformation of social stability governance mode and to achieve the endogenous order have become the fundamental ways of sustainable social stability
