Ukrainian Diaspora of Rostov Region: Mechanisms and Practice of Ethnic Self-consciousness Support

The article analyses start-up and activities of Ukrainian public organizations in Rostov-on-Don and Taganrog. Basing on different sources, it considers official mechanisms and practice of ethnic self-consciousness support of Ukrainian population in Rostov Region. According to the author, they mainly have external character towards Ukrainian population and are supported by the efforts of small groups of people.
