A Study of Electronic Journals' Network Service and Evaluation ModelsKeywords: Electronic journals , Network services , Evaluation of electronic journals , Evaluation of network services Abstract: This report focuses on network service and evaluation models of electronic journals. This study was conducted at academic libraries in Taiwan in 2007. The researcher developed an evaluation model for electronic journals' network service employing the methods of focus group interviews and questionnaires. The model is based on network components and evaluation measures. Network components include electronic journals, information services, and the management of these two items. The two evaluation measures are e-metrics and service quality. An evaluation model was constructed for electronic journals’ network services, and looked at in the study. The researcher closes with 23 suggestions.
