ПРЕВЕНТИВНАТА ДИПЛОМАТИ А - ИНСТРУМЕНТ НА МЕ УНАРОДНИТЕ ОДНОСИ: ОСНОВНИ ТЕОРЕТСКИ АПЕКТИ

The paper is focused on preventive diplomacy as an instrument which has a special place in the contemporary international relations. Basic theoretical aspects of preventive diplomacy are the center of interest of the research. In that sense, it is emphasized that preventive diplomacy is closely connected with multilateral diplomacy which at the same time requires connection of different foreign policy instruments and methods. That is why, the contents ofpreventive diplomacy are ambitious and its action is much faster than the action of the so called ordinary diplomacy.
