ИНИЦИ АТИВИТЕ НА НАТО И ЕУ ЗА РЕГИОНАЛНА СОРАБОТКА НА ЗЕМ ИТЕ ОД УГОИСТОЧНА ЕВРОПА

This paper analyzes the initiatives of NATO and the European Union for regional cooperation in Southeast Europe as a precondition for lasting peace, economic prosperity,respect for human and minority rights and an instrument for Euro-Atlantic integration of Southeast Europe.In today's world and European political agenda, regionalism has become a prevailing trend.The world today determined the regionalism on the basis of thorough socio-economic ties, but generally there are two approaches to regional identity. The first focuses on regional identity based on cultural, historical experience and language, while the second is based on regional community that contemporary democratic and political construction. “Regional cooperation” represents a common finding of generally acceptable solutions in many areas and fields treated in our case it refers to the countries of Southeast Europe. At the end summarize the Southeast Europe with enhanced regional cooperation assoon as possible to integrate in NATO and the European Union, although they should not forget that it is basic or “group precondition” for Euro-Atlantic integration and individual successes of each country individually is the key factor for integration into NATO and theEU.
