Gest？o ambiental e mudan？as da estrutura organizacional

the aim of this paper is to characterize the forms of the integration of the environmental management by private industrial organizations, under an industrial organization approach, taking into account the international experience. to accomplish this task, important contributions to this debate are articulated, particularly focusing on the organizations' internal structure and external relationship changes. the final discussion proposes further investigations on this theme in brazil, considers the importance to look into the mechanism that permit organizations' structural change to induce better environmental performance and supports the stakeholders' effective participation.
