Qualidade de vida e indicadores de ansiedade e depress？o de pacientes com cancro colo-rectal

purpose: to examine quality of life, anxiety and depression indicators of patient with colorectal cancer. participants: 29 patients, mean age 43,86 (sd=13,15) years. instruments: biosociodemographic questionnaire, whoqol-bref and goldberg general health questionnaire-12. results: patients who had undergone chemotherapy showed better total quality of life (u = 51.000, p<0,05) and physical (t = 45.500, p<0,01), and environment dimensions (u=56.000, p<0,05). also, patients who had undergone radiotherapy demonstrated better physical (u=60.500, p<0,05) quality of life. there were no significant differences between patients with and without colostomy bag. conclusion: quality of life is related with type of colorectal cancer treatment.
