Preparacion psicológica de los estudiantes de pedagogía sobre la base del enfoque akmeológico

in this article we present some possibilities of applying the akmeologichesky approach to psychological preparation of students-teachers . the akmeologichesky approach is understood as a system of the principles of education for students to have psyvchological preconditions of professional self-realization. it is a complete organization of process of their psychological preparation in unity of its purposes, maintenances, forms, methods and means. we describe the author's experience of psychological preparation of students-teachers on the basis of this approach
