the mobility conditions of the rural population in order to get different services, have an impact on their quality of life conditions. how and in what proportions, it is the objective of this research carried out with the riverside population of alto rio meta. for that purpose some tools for gathering information used in colombia were applied in these studies, but it was added with the variable of mobility that the international labor organization -ilo recommends to keep in mind to plan the social investment in the methodology of integrated rural accessibility planning -irap.
