the present article, in its first part makes a tour to different epidemic west diseases, from the leprosy in the century xiii , until arriving to the disease of the aidis in the whitenessof the century xx, revealing models or present plans in each one of the analyzed diseases, as well as the social representation that had in their historical moment. the second part has as objetive to analyse the elements that related in the daily speech of the affected by the vih, as well as to stablish the relationship among speech, action and situation though attitudes or strategy changes that they have been used to assimilate the disease.
