Controle: perspectivas de análise na teoria das organiza？？es

this paper aims to present a discussion about control theory in organization studies. in order to do it, we will propose two perspectives: one focused in coordinative and functional aspects of control in organization; and another focused in contradiction and in social aspects of the organizational control. the first is the traditional point of vie win organizational theory and will be named functionalist perspective and the second will be named critical perspective, and is a non traditional point of view in this field of study. to represent the second perspective we will present an organizational theory called ？power political economy？.
