Abstract: infections of induced malaria are transmitted by blood transfusion, transplant of organs and contaminated needles of injection equipment. during the period between june of 2005 and april of 2006, three cases of inducted malaria were recorded in public and private health institutions because of to delayed diagnosis and bad praxis in nursing techniques. this situation should lead the regional health corporation to review the rules and techniques of endovenous transfusion in the hospital, updating health personnel in diagnostic techniques, treatment and handling of patients with contagious diseases and maintaining appropriate supervision over the functionality and hospital care.
