pelvic tuberculosis remains a global health problem, primarily in developing countries where insuf？cient health services and high human immunode？ciency virus prevalence have increased the burden of disease. diagnosis of extra pulmonary tuberculosis is often dif？cult, because of its unspeci？c clinical, laboratory and radiological ？ndings.the authors present two clinical cases of pelvic tuberculosis. the clinical, pathological and diagnostic features of this unusual disease are reviewed.
