Factores de mal pronóstico en hemorragia subaracnoidea aneurismática en la unidad de terapia intensiva

subarachnoidal hemorrhage is a frequent and often mortal disease which represents 8% of all cerebrovascular diseases. out of 150 clinical records which were studied only 100 had all the studies and evaluations required at the intensive care unit. 69% were female and 31 % males with a median age of 47 years. 53 patients underwent surgical treatment, 14 endovascular and 33 did not require invasive treatment, instead, they were medically treated. overall mortality was of 35% and only 44 were followed for one year. classifications and treatments are detailed.
