De la institucionalización de los asuntos de las mujeres en el Estado Argentino y algunos de los avatares, entre los ochenta y los noventa

the background of this work is the dilemmas that for the conquest of a total citizenship for women should be considered within the framework of globalization. our center of attention in that process would be the subject of sexual and (not) reproductive rights. with that departure point, in this opportunity it interests to us to continue deepening the analysis from the perspective of public policies towards women, taking into account the changes operated in economic and political context during the ninety. it supposes to consider the relation between feminist and women movements and state in the stage of institutionalization of women gender questions in a period in which not only the power of social movements was decreasing but the state has restricted its social policies due to the impact of neoliberalism and conservatism.
