we review novel physiopathological concept of cardiogenic shock associated to acute coronary ischemic syndromes, where the mechanist terms become jumbled not only, but the neuro-hormonal, immuno-inflammatory, and biomolecular alterations. in order to offer a pharmacointensive treatmentthat obtains the stabilization of the acute coronary syndrome, for the reduction of myocardial ischemia. also, we incorporate the incidence of this pathology in the mexican population.
