phyllodes tumor represents only about 1% of breast tumors and it is very rare in young women. johannes müller described it for the first time in 1893. its name is derived from the greek words phyllon, meaning leaf and e？dos, appearance; meaning that it takes on a leaflike appearance our aim was to report a case in an 11 year old girl with a phyllodes tumor in her right breast. we made a revision and we only found 2 cases reported.
