Revisión sobre la extracción de ADN a partir de huesos humanos

ancient bones are a good source of dna, useful on many forensic cases, specially when the soft tissues are putrefied to a high extent. there is many different methods to extract dna from bones with various degrees of efficiency on the dna amount obtained. we present a bibliographic review and some practical considerations.
