El patrimonio cultural del área metropolitana de Mendoza (Argentina): Propuestas metodológicas para su evaluación como recurso en proyectos de desarrollo local

the research methodology proposal as presented, articulate and transfer of applied research results about environmental heritage (pca) of the metropolitan area of mendoza (amm). our general hypothesis argues that the cultural heritage associated with the territory (real estate: architectural, urban, landscape, with its accessories and environment) is a resource and a tool in local development processes, which in the case of the amm is not taken into account by the main actors involved. that is why an evaluation of this set of goods and their characteristics as resources, as proposed in the research undertaken, it allows the activation and subsequent asset recovery and integration. in the study, we aimed to carry out first, the preliminary work for the specific scientific and technical fields from architecture and engineering, as a necessary input to form the basis on which to implement management plans environmental cultural heritage amm, and then you can make a full assessment and complex, specific and relational of this resource, offering actors a science-based tool for the conservation and sustainable use of cultural property.
