this article is about the apparent contradiction existing between the trial of guarantees and the dispute settlement mechanisms contemplated in article 1904 of nafta. the matter of non precedence of this mechanism of constitutional control is discussed, when the alternate mechanism has been chosen as a consequences of an antidumping resolution emitted by the mexican authority.
