El tratamiento jurídico del genocidio en México

the author analyzes the criminal type of genocide in mexico doing reference to the convention against genocide and to the federal criminal law of mexico. moreover, he analyzes two resolutions emitted by the mexican supreme court of justice related to this criminal type. the author studies its genesis since the end of the first world war until the apparition of the international criminal court not without commenting the reasons why the political groups were excluded from the protection of the criminal type of genocide. finally as the criminal type of crimes against humanity does not exist in mexico, he proposes that it should be related to genocide.
