Modelo de optimización de parques eólicos

at the present time, the optimization models for wind farms are of great utility for the energy industry, and the use of computer techniques is a strong tool in the search of the best wind farms configurations. in this work an optimization model of the wind farms configuration is described, using as maximize criteria the net present value (npv). some complementary elements are also presented as: restriction functions, of search philosophy of solutions and information flow inside the model. finally an application example of the model is shown, for a region of cuba.
