in the current work is development the methodology of analysis and synthesis of system of the engineering to the preparation and taking of decision during the operation of the centralize air conditioning system with variable flow. using an external analysis, the involved variables are classified. in the internal analysis are described all the works of the mathematical models and the rational organization of the calculations to determine of the process efficiency indicators. the efficiency indicators contain the electricity power due to the pump and the compressor work. the generalities of a procedure that implies the thermal simulation of the building, the simulations of the hydraulic net and the calculation of the power of the compressor are shown. the integration of these termhydraulics aspects starting from evaluating the incidence of the decision variables, busy rooms, permits to identify the minimum required of the system power.
