this article consists in an exploratory research that aims to analyze the relevance of cultural aspects in third party logistics services. the research is based on the analysis of four case studies. the organizations analyzed are third party logistics selected among the biggest and the best players in brazilian market. this research seeks to contribute to the logistics area and service provision, pointing to the importance of a multicultural approach for cultural diversity handling and its impact in the reliability of this kind of service.
