Palabra de mujer: una mirada a la poesía de Yolanda Pantin

this work attempts to study the poetry of yolanda pantin from the moment of tráfico (traffic) to her last book in order to specify those traits that define her poetic trajectory and her relevance in the context of venezuelan contemporary poetry. to do so, we aimed at two specific objectives: to specify, through the analysis of selected texts, recurrent strategies of lyric elaboration, and, on the other hand, to interpret the imagery or meaning matrixes that allow the symbolic construction of the poetic sense in its production. the analysis allows observation of how the poetry of yolanda pantin has distanced from the grupo tráfico, and also evidences that new quests are inscribed in the context of postmodernity. these quests join the plurality of trends that characterizes venezuelan poetry.
