Género y consumo cultural en museos: análisis y perspectivas

based on the progress of my research on gender, learning, social memory, and museums in mexico, i analyze some processes of cultural production and consumption in museums, identifying how different forms of knowledge, meanings, and socio-cultural practices set in motion several elements that influence the shaping of gender identities, ideas, norms and roles that are appropriated and recreated to a varying extent by the viewing audiences in two museums.
