this research arises to answer to the question: do women and men in this professional area have the same opportunity to hold leadership positions and have accessibility to the professors' faculty staff? the study is performed based on gender as a category of analysis, noting the composition of the collegiate bodies of government, individuals of major hierarchy and the faculty staff, for the entire university and by academic department, according to their different characteristics. the reporting period runs from march 2002 to march 2010. the analysis of such cases allows us to investigate on our own reality, not to diagnose but to implement and / or rescue actions that allow women to accede to better positions in the academic hierarchy and management.
