Relatos vitales sobre el empleo de mujeres pampeanas ex - beneficiarias de planes sociales

the social politics installed in 2007 about the employment in general, and particularly by the government about the women beneficiary of social plans in la pampa province has passed through a dynamic and accelerated process. in the second half of 2007, by means of a provincial law, the incorporation of the beneficiary, both men and women, was done to a permanent plan into a specific work rule. an action of these characteristics produced many changes in different ways; economical because of the change in the salaries, recognition to the social assignment which did not exist before (social assistant, educational supplement, holidays, contribution to pension); a different status of the family and its dynamism which implied stability. in this way, we try to investigate about the idea of employment and how this is thought by the women involved. in this stage, we worked in the history of three women, ex - beneficiary of social plans, living in santa rosa city (la pampa) identifying fractures and continuity in the social thought of the employment considering the objective conditions of itself and considering the gender.
