the aim of this article is to discuss the critiques of inadequate concepts of freedom, as we can find in philosophy of right, from hegel. this discussion could help us to show the real problems that the hegelian theory of state try to solve. it could help also to reconstruct some decisive aspects of hegelian theory of recognition.
