Desempe？o económico y relaciones de trabajo en la industria uruguaya: la empresa Campomar, 1900-1960

the article discusses the relationship between economic performance and changes in labour institutions such as work organization, as well as the characteristics of jobs along the uruguayan industrialization process based on a study of companies. the case considered is the textile mill campomar created in 1900, which closed its doors in the late nineties. this article examines the period between the creation of the company and the crisis of industrialization in the mid-fifties.
