in the present work evaluated the state of knowledge, endemic species and endangered species of biota in colombia, with an analysis of almost all information available to date, considering the state of conservation of key ecosystems such as wetlands, deserts, protected areas and comparing them with national issues such as climate change, deforestation and mining, among others.
