this is a single case research aimed at studying clinical evolution in children. in this piece of work the following question is posed: is there a unique approach to clinical evolution? in this study we describe a course, a sequence which consists of three moments, from resistance to a moment of greater collaboration and psychological growth. the proposal originates in the study of the sample and requires evaluation in further studies.
