the study describes, in the first place, the results obtained in a previous research in which the discourse of patients with psoriasis and asthma leads to detect the main wishes and defenses that surfaced in their narsrations and speech acts. these results were studied in relation to each particular ailment so as to finally research the link to the dissimilar response the patients presented regarding the indicated medication for their respective treatments.
