a study was carried out with dentistry students to determine their degree of knowledge about the school’s emblem. a randomized sample represents 10% of the first-year roll, academic year 2011-2012. the paper aims to contribute to the integrated formation of new dentistry professionals, a distinguishable group as regards to an emblem that provides difference from other health professionals.
