Las escuelas de orientación productiva en Mendoza como fundamento de la consolidación de la economía regional vitivinícola argentina (1880-1914)

in the present article we will approach two actions of promotion and financing of the agricultural education in mendoza, executed by the provincial state between 1904 and 1920. on the one hand, the system of scholarships to guarantee the young men access and permanency of different socioeconomic strata in escuela nacional de vitivinicultura, founded in 1896 for the formation of human resources specialized in the principal local agroindustry. for other one, the financing study abroad for some graduates of the same establishment. we will know, hereby, if this politics reverberated in the local and regional wine and grape-growing industry.
