the author analyzes the new powers within the constitutional court of ecuador, the unconstitutionality by omission in comparative perspective with other latin american countries, as also the precarious nature of legislature that gives the constitution the constitutional court, while not fulfill its task legislator to regúlate the subject matter concerned, critically analyze that perspective.
