international law has experienced an expansive and dynamic evolution in the last decades connected to both rights and protected individuals. this expansion has been connected to both rights and protected individuals. this has had consequences on the states internal legal system. indeed, national institutions, particularly judiciary, have been impelled to assume the expansive its dynamic of international law and apply its international norms and standards. the procress has been gradual but steadily along side the years, in the case of chilean supreme court. theese criteria of the international law may be projected in the future to new areas of international law which might have an impact in the national legal system.
