Pautas de calidad en el sistema agroalimentario Espa？ol

the aim of this paper is twofold. first, this paper argues that improvements in food safety and quality will not be driven by regulatory changes. regulation is necessary but good quality and food safety management is primarily a set of practices that enable firms to better meet customer needs, and also promote decision making to assurance the safety along the food chain. second, the paper emphasizes a number of basic principles that agricultural companies and food producers should comply in drawing up their good quality practices.
