Nuevo registro de Phloeocleptus caudatus Wood (Coleoptera: Curculionidae: Scolytinae) en el estado de Hidalgo, México

the bark beetle phloeocleptus caudatus wood, 1956 (curculionidae: scolytinae), was collected in the state of hidalgo in the hemiparasitic plant struthanthus deppeanus (schldt. & cham.) blume. this represents a new host and new geographical distribution record for this beetle.
