Abstract: since its title, this essay wants to refect the fragmentary nature of the reasoning of the political phenomenon. such fragmented nature is actually a result of the conception of politics and the relation between philosophy and politics. philosophy is no longer an a priori discourse that determines and defines conditions and ends of political life. hence, ideology’s function in politics is in question, thus revealing politics un-submissive reality with its derived novelty, dangers and advantages. key concepts of this innovation are reviewed throughout the essay: representation, community, multitude, power, potential , impotence, immanence, radical democracy; they are linked to authors of the like of roberto esposito, jacques rancière, jean-luc nancy, toni negri, giorgio agamben.
