Optimiza？？o da Explora？？o de Recursos Hídricos considerando o Efeito de Queda

this paper focuses on the optimal scheduling of hydro power systems. a new methodology based on nonlinear optimisation is proposed for solving the problem considering the head change effect. the numerical results obtained for a case study illustrate the behaviour of the new methodology proposed.
